Refund Policy

NAMGAR Membership

NAMGAR single year membership will not be refunded. Where an extenuating circumstance appears to exist, the NAMGAR Board of Directors may authorize such a refund.

Members requesting a refund for multi-year membership will be prorated for any unused years remaining. For example, if a member has a three year membership and requests a refund at any time in the second year, that member will receive a refund for the third year only. No partial year memberships are refunded except on an exceptional basis as granted by the NAMGAR Board of Directors.

Depending on the original form of payment, the member should receive his/her refund within ten to fifteen business days after NAMGAR receives the notice. The member will be notified of the refund and amount with the refund it granted.

NAMGAR Regalia

We do not accept returns based on variations of colors. The colors you see on your screen as well as their brightness or darkness, may differ from the actual colors of the garments. The settings, quality, and calibration of your screen determines the variation.

A purchaser may receive a full refund for purchased regalia returned within thirty (30) days of delivery. Items that are returned beyond thirty (30) days after delivery are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do not accept items for return more than 3 months after the original shipping date.

Prior to returning an item, a "Return Authorization" must be issued by Regalia Sales. Please explain the reason for wishing to return an item. Regalia Sales will then confirm a "Return Authorization Number", if the return and refund/replacement is accepted. You must contact Regalia Sales prior to returning your item.

NAMGAR will pay for return shipping, in addition to a full refund, if the return is the result of a NAMGAR error or the item was defective. When returning an item, the purchaser is encouraged to use package tracking and insurance, if the carrier provides it. Items must be received in their original condition with original packaging where possible.

Depending on the original form of payment, the customer should receive their refund within ten to fifteen business days after NAMGAR receives the returned item. The customer will be notified of the amount of the refund, if granted.

The purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges should an order be returned by the shipper, or refused at the time of delivery, or undeliverable due to an incorrect/incomplete shipping address. If your order is received damaged in transit, please keep the packaging and its contents and contact us immediately. 

Event Registration

Registration fees refunds for NAMGAR sponsored events are time sensitive. Therefore, during the registration process, the event registrar should be encouraged to timestamp all registrations.

If a registrant notifies the event registrar at least sixty (60) days prior to the start of the event, the registrant will be refunded all monies paid when registering for the event. The refund will include all registration and activity fees, meals and regalia purchases, if purchased in advance.

If a registrant notifies the event registrar between sixty (60) and thirty (30) days prior to the event, the registrant will receive a refund only for event activity fees, meals and regalia purchases, if purchased in advance. The registration fee will not be refunded.

If a registrant notifies the event registrar less than thirty (30) days prior to the event, the registration fee will not be refunded. The registrant will be given the option to permit the event registrar to sell any non-refundable items, if possible. Should any items be sold, reimbursement for those items will be issued to the registrant within thirty (30) days after the close of the event.
