NAMGAR Announces New Award for Chapter Clubs
The NAMGAR Board has decided to reward Chapter Clubs that have the highest attendance by members at forthcoming Get Togethers. This will be initiated at GT-36 and the first NAMGAR GT Chapter Attendance Award will be presented at the awards banquet.
Following is the criteria for the award:
- All attendees, when checking in at registration, will also identify which NAMGAR chapter they are representing, and how many people came in their party.
- The host chapter would be exempt from the competition.
- The Chapter Coordinators will then tally each Chapter's attendees.
- The Chapter with the most attendees will be awarded 2 one year memberships to NAMGAR by the Chapter Coordinators at the awards banquet. The winning Chapter decides how they wish to distribute the 2 one-year memberships, for example they may draw 2 names from their members that attended or they may hold a raffle within their chapter.
- A photo of the winning group would be taken for recognition in MGA! and on the NAMGAR website.
